Realtors Land Institute (RLI)

The Realtors Land Institute is dedicated to continual enhancement of its educational initiatives including its Land university curriculum and national Land conference, all of which fall under the organization's "landu" banner. The organization delivers professional education through an 11-course core curriculum, on topics such as Land 101, Land investment analysis, and tax implications for real estate. These educational initiatives are designed to provide best in class professional education for Land specialists. In 2023, no major changes were made to curriculum.

The Realtors Land Institute is dedicated to upgrades to its communication initiatives, as effective communication must be at the core of any membership association. One such enhancement has been through the growth and enhancement of the organization's electronic and printed newsletters which offer expanded coverage of Land issues, including legislative and related topics.

The Realtors Land Institute utilizes electronic technology to improve communications, promote efficiencies, and expand its reach. Through its website, the organization offers its members individual member profiles which highlight their expertise and experience. In addition, rli produces a web seminar series, which allows both members and non-members to access current information online. The association also has an organizational presence through a variety of social media platforms.

As a 501c6 organization, program expenses are not required to be allocated on the statement of program service accomplishments.
