Description
Youth enrichment programs and support: children's defense fund freedom schools program - 6-week summer social justice and literacy program serving students in kindergarten through 8th grade. Tronix program - 4-week electronics program that serves 120 middle school students in their classrooms for one hour daily during the school year. PAYFS intentionally provides engaging pre K-8 programs that inspire a love of learning in students who may not otherwise have educational access. To help young people and their families develop a positive and accurate self-image.

Program areas at Rebuilding the Village

Freedom school provided a 6-week summer literacy experience for 50 students in preschool to 6th grade. This was 30 sessions for each student.tronix team provided electronic projects for 50 students in grades 6 to 8, with two partners: banyan community, and the mastery school. Six sessions were provided directly by our volunteers.
