Program areas at RED

Within entrepreneurship the organization assists individuals with their individual vision and creates a path for those interested in business.
Emotional intelligence training: a program to teach one how to understand, use, and manage one's emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.
Substance use disorder and addiction: this program was developed to teach participants to recognize the effects and warning signs of misuse of substances that can be life threatening. In addition to the program, the organization added education about health and fitness to teach participants how the body fuels the mind.
