Residents Council of Horizon House enriches the lives of residents and staff, enhancing the quality of life in independent and supported living apartments. It provides entertainment, educational forums, social and cultural activities as well as books and art for enrichment of all residents regardless of mobility and income; between 500 and 550 individuals have benefited. The council provided a $15,000 contribution to the Employee Recognition Fund, an $8,500 contribution to Horizon House Endowment Fund, and a $500 donation to the Friends of the Library.
