Helped over 100 disabled job seekers find and maintain employment in 2023. Conducted job search skills, job readiness training, supported employment service, job shadowing, resume and interviewing assistance and employer follow up to help maintain and sustain employment. Offered job skills training programs and other services to help obtain employment (such as assistance with transportation, background screening, assistance getting certifications needed for work. In 2023, RHR experienced a Florida Vocational Rehab IT System Overhaul. The implementation took over 6 months to implement, which included multiple shutdowns over 6 weeks. Even with the new IT system implementation, RHR was able to produce great outcomes.
