Restoring Women Outreach aims to form, organize, operate, and maintain a community-based program that assists women who suffer from addiction and promotes their return to a productive role in society. It maintains three half-way group homes that can house up to 14 transitional residents at a time, supporting those who desire freedom from addiction in transitioning back into a drug-free environment. The ultimate goal is for these women to become functional members of society with jobs that support themselves and their families.

Program areas at Restoring Women Outreach

Maintained 3 half-way group homes, housing 14 transitional residents at a time to transition those desiring to be free of their addiction back into a drug-free environment as a functional member of society with a job that can support themselves and their families. Educate and raise public awareness of the addiction problem of alcohol, methamphetamines and other drugs through the use of open meetings, tv/radio/print media, presentations to civic clubs involvement and job creation with local business and industry. Interviewed and evaluated the spouse and children of half-way home residents for physical, emotional, financial and educational needs. Provided what assistance we could and referred to local service organizations for additional assistance as needed.
