Retail Litigation Center represents the retail industry in adjudicatory proceedings. It co-hosts the annual Retail Law Conference with RILA to further educate and support the retail legal community, while providing educational programming throughout the year to its members. Program areas at Retail Litigation Center

To provide courts with Retail industry perspectives on significant legal issues and highlight the potential industry-wide consequences of legal principles that may be determined in pending cases. The rlc files amicus brief on behalf of its membership in courts around the nation.
To further educate and support the Retail legal community, the rlc co-hosts the annual Retail law conference for hundreds of Retail in-house counsel and law firm attendees. Additionally, the rlc provides educational programming throughout the year to hundreds of individual lawyers through its spring and fall meetings as well as through its weekly publication. The rlc regularly offers high numbers of continuing legal education credits, including ethics, in dozens of jurisdictions.
