Rhize

Rhize coaching fellowship - the rcf brings together movement leaders, coaches, trainers, organizers and activists working with movements to learn from each other and gain new skills to support movements. During the program, more junior coaching fellows get trained in the complete Rhize toolkit, join a network of movement building peers, and receive stipends to apply their new skills & trainings to movements in their local communities. The more advanced coaching mentors receive technical and financial support in expanding their training networks and local activist communities.

General movement support - in addition to Rhize's formal programs and trainings, the organization invests in creating tools to use in future movement support work, and provides ad hoc support to certain movement actors.

Sector education - through public and private trainings, Rhize works with philanthropic organizations and large ngos to bring a movement mindset to their teams, programs, or grantees to effectively support the emergence of movements in their communities.
