Rhode Island PARROT RESCUE educates people on the proper care of parrots and parrot-like birds, rescues companion parrots from harmful or unwanted situations, and rehabilitates them when necessary. In 2021 alone, the rescue facilitated the adoption of 86 parrots while also caring for those relinquished by owners who can no longer care for them.
