Richland County Foundation is the one of the largest community foundations in the state of Ohio and the largest private source of grants in Richland County. Grants are awarded for a broad range of community needs as well as college scholarships to undergraduate students. The Richland County Foundation was established in 1945 as a way for individuals to pool and invest their gifts for the long-term good of Richland County and its residents. Our mission is to improve and enhance the quality of life in Richland County through strategic philanthropy and community leadership.
