The Richmond High School Alumni Association aims to raise the education and skill level of the local workforce so that they can be an economic leader in their community, state, and nation. They hold the RCIP Scholarship Program at Wayne Co Foundation where 40 alumni and graduates of Richmond High are awarded scholarships in spring and fall, which are transferred to RHSAA before being distributed. They also have the Dr Perry Scholarship Program which awards one student a $1,000 scholarship each year.
