Program areas at Riders Alliance

General program: ensures Riders were trained and involved in impacting the policies and practices that affect their experience while using public transit services. The general program helped transit Riders cultivate their ability to advocate for their own needs as well as to educate other Riders and make them aware of actions they can take to improve public transit service. Program builds connection, relationships, and joint programmatic work with research, education and advocacy not-for-profit corporations to coordinate activities and share information and best practices to improve public transit service.
