Program areas at Right Sharing of World Resources

In 2023, Right Sharing of World Resources provided 47 women's groups in guatemala, kenya, india, and sierra leone seed grants. These groups consisted of 1,336 women who received initial loans to start their own small businesses. Rswr launched a new program to partner with women in guatemala. Groups are currently forming in small villages surrounding the cities of esquipulas and chiquimula, in the department (state) of chiquimula, guatemala. For the first time ever, rswr country coordinators traveled to kisumu, kenya to learn from one another. All eleven country coordinators and trainers participated in a transformative time of building deeper relationships with one another and our shared work. Friends around the World warmly welcomed rswr staff and board volunteers to 18 yearly meetings, including fwcc section of the americas, ireland yearly meeting, and fgc gatherings. During these visits, five communities explored the power of enough workshop. The power of enough workshop is designed to foster connection, community, and self-awareness. Participants consider the query: "how is my use of time, energy, and 'things' in Right balance to free me to do god's work, and to contribute to Right relationships in our World?" Women partners shared their stories in a new video series released in 2023. These videos were filmed by jon watts and have been released monthly on youtube and other social media platforms. Hear the stories of rswr women partners by watching the videos at https://www. Youtube.com/@ rightsharing2461/ a new generation of women are leading Right Sharing into the future. Dr. abinaya murugesan became the first female country coordinator in india. Ruth bueso and eva ramirez joined the rswr team to launch a new program in guatemala. All these women join country coordinator in sierra leone, sibella swaray, as the next generation of women in leadership at rswr.
