This is a homeowners association. It exists for the operation and maintenance of the common areas within the development. The associaition has the power to fix, levy, collect and enforce payment that it considers necessary to effectively conduct the business of the Association. Achieved entity mission by providing needed repairs and maintenance of common areas as well as to fund for and expend major reserve expenses. The organization is comprised of 118 member units and is responsible to maintain, repair and replace the common area property.
