The Club has over 1200 members of which about 175 are active. Monthly meetings discuss searching for minerals, use of equipment and land restoration, safety and educational outdoor recreational activities including environmental issues and gold panning. The Club has over 1234 members of which about 175 are active. The goal of the Roadrunner Prospectors' Club is to educate members and the public in regard to recreational prospecting, including governmental jurisdictions, environmental issues, and laws that we are mandated to follow.

Program areas at Roadrunner Prospectors Club

The Club regularly supports environmental protection and cleanup activities of land claims in accordance with blm regulations and other federal and state laws. The Club has regular presentations including outdoor safety fire prevention, an appreciation of local wildlife, and respect for private property.
The Club provides educational programs and guest speakers to keep our members informed and help them feel at home in the desert areas to pursue their recreational activities.
