Rmcs, doing business as Syracuse home care, provides services aimed at helping seniors maintain independent living in their home and community. Home care services to the elderly increased to an average of 285 hours per week, up from 224 hours per week in 2013-14. The average number of clients served per week dipped slightly from 12 to 11.5. Rmcs initiated grants to four lower-income clients to reduce their costs for home-care services.
