As a nonprofit loan fund, we provide equitable access to Capital to fund cooperative enterprises, community facilities, renewable energy, commercial spaces, small businesses and affordable housing. This provides ownership opportunities for entrepreneurs, cooperatives, community-based organizations and potential homeowners. Our target market includes communities that are unbanked, underbanked and under resourced; those who have been traditionally left out of investment opportunities.
