Program areas at RMACAC

Conferences and Super 2023 Conferences: The RMACAC conferences are learning and professional development opportunities for our membership within the five states. These locations rotate throughout the five state regions.
Scholarships - Idea grants and scholarships are awards given to public school counselors and high school students. The counselor awards are meant to recognize public school counselors, particularly those who serve rural or diverse students, and are used to pay for professional development opportunities such as attending the annual RMACAC conference. The student awards are given to high school seniors from in-region high schools to be used towards first year expenses in college. Like the counselor awards the students typically come from rural, diverse, or otherwise underrepresented backgrounds. All grants and scholarships have a nomination or application process, and are selected by the IDEA Committee.
College Fairs: RMACAC presented both virtual and in person college fairs throughout the fiscal year for students located throughout the RMACAC region. RMCAC still experienced similar attendance estimated to be 700 student registrations throughout out the Rocky Mountain Region.
