Program areas at Rodman for Kids
The ride for Kids (bicycle road race) is an umbrella charity raising funds for youth-focused social service agencies that support at-risk children in Massachusetts. The ride for Kids and its agencies fundraise year-round, culminating in the annual bicycle road race event each fall. The event is a collaborative effort of all affiliated charities.
Disney for Kids is a program that sends 50 kids from the Dorchester Boys & Girls Club to Disney World in August. 2023 was the last year for this program.
Theatre for Kids sends children, who would not be able to attend otherwise, to live professional Theatre. 3,500 tickets were distributed through the Theatre program. This includes opportunities specifically for kids or different abilities.
