Program areas at Rodney Street Tennis and Tutoring Association
On the rise: the primary objectives of rodneystreet's on the rise program are to (1) develop positive life skills that will help students succeed in and outside of school; (2) foster student's appreciation of and commitment to Tennis, health, and nutrition; and (3) partner with each school to expand the supportive community that encourages the growth and success of each student.
All stars: Rodney Street offers additional lessons to youth that express interest and display innate talent for the sport of Tennis from their participation in on the rise programming. Students take part in intensive Tennis and life skills clinics once each week
Summer camp - eight-week full day camp provided for approximately 109 children that incorporated Tennis instruction, education and fun activities. Forty-two campers received full or partial scholarships
