Program areas at Rotary Club of Bellingham Foundation

The Rotary Club of Bellingham Foundation provides scholarships every year in addition to recognizing students of excellence in our student-of-the- month program, our Rotary youth exchange scholarship, and our youth adventures in leadership (y.a.i.l.) Scholarship.
Community service fund grants are available to local non-profits for a specific purpose. Often a gift from this fund is to a smaller organization for some essential but otherwise unaffordable project, service or purchase.
Our major project funds went to the community boating center for the construction of a new building on the cbc campus. The new building was named the Rotary wheelhouse in recognition of our support of this project. The building includes a classroom, deck overlooking the bay, storage, showers and handicapped-accessible bathroom.
