Rotary Youth Exchange Yesscanex provides educational and cultural international high school exchange programs for both inbound and outbound exchange students. In addition, an end-of-school-year optional 32-day summer tour of America on Amtrak is offered to inbound students; however, the 2020 tour was cancelled due to the pandemic, and there were no students for the 2022 tour. For the 2022-23 exchange year, approximately 46 total students including inbound and outbounds were enrolled in the program.
