The activities of Sa Talent, Inc. Include the Sa Works program which is funded solely by grants and donations. This program helps educate students, veterans, and retirees about career pathways that may not require a degree from a four year university. The program participants are educated through schools, certificate programs and businesses. Additionally, development personnel provide awareness, education,and materials to administrators, counselors and career development personnel related to available workforce opportunities.we provide business engagement services, including engaging employers and business leaders by informing target industry Talent needs through the us chamber of commerce's Talent pipeline management (tpm) framework, providing real-time, local data on short and mid-term hiring needs and the associated training and skills needed. We inform discussions around Talent recruitment and retention and we support workforce readiness by providing labor market information, marketing collateral, and fostering employer engagement.sa Talent, Inc. conducts research and reports on outcomes of its programs as well as evaluates success stories of other programs across the country in the development of future activities.
