Sacred Sorrows helps bereaved mothers and grandmothers integrate their deep grief through the mystery of grace with its spiritual retreats and programs. It has further developed an interactive website with content and resources to aid grieving mothers, grandmothers, and their loved ones which received over 5500 visits this year, increasing seven-fold from 2021. Additionally, blog posts were distributed to provide additional support. Programs offered by Sacred Sorrows include two in-person retreats and one online mini-retreat.
