Medical care Sadler Health Center is a federally qualified Health Center serving cumberland and perry counties in Pennsylvania, providing comprehensive community-based primary care, dental care and behavioral Health services with a team of qualified professionals who can help individuals reach their healthiest life. Serving all patients, we put the Health of our community at the Center of everything we do. As a Center for care, our team is here to help patients connect with resources and support, even beyond our facility. We strive to provide affordable, accessible Health care. This means we serve everyone, including patients who are uninsured, underinsured or have government-sponsored insurance like medicaid or chip. We offer comprehensive primary and preventive Health services for the whole family, including annual and routine physical checkups, integrated behavioral Health programs, immunizations, tb tests, lab tests, and referrals for x-rays, diagnostic tests, family planning and sick visits for all enrolled patients. These services are available in the community and through Sadler's mobile van. This fiscal year Sadler provided 23,082 medical visits. Sadler Health Center is a Health resources and services administration (hrsa) quality improvement award recipient, awarded to hrsa-funded Health centers that have met or exceeded quality improvement measures. The Center is also recognized by the national committee for quality assurance as a patient-centered medical home at level 3, for using evidence-based, patient-centered processes that focus on highly coordinated care and long-term, participative relationships. We believe that a healthier tomorrow starts with better care and support today. Behavioral Health services behavioral Health services help you to manage stress, worry, habits, behaviors or emotional concerns that are bothering you and affecting your Health. A behavioral Health specialist works with your primary care doctor or provider and you - the most important member of your Health care team - to create a plan to help improve your well-being. This fiscal year, Sadler provided 2,870 behavioral Health visits. We help patients manage medical and behavioral issues through in-person appointments and through telepsychiatry. This service allows you to come into the office and see a psychiatrist via televideo. A case manager will assist you through the visit. The psychiatrist will conduct an evaluation in 1 hour and can prescribe psychiatric medications as needed. Ongoing 15 -minute appointments will be necessary to monitor you and adjust medications as needed.
Dental care dental services are available at all three of Sadler Health's locations - carlisle, loysville, and mechanicsburg. Our qualified team of dental professionals take the time to get to know each patient and their individual needs. We serve patients of all ages. This fiscal year, Sadler provided 12,195 dental visits. Dental services include: routine cleanings comprehensive exams fillings fluoride treatments referral services sealants simple extractions simple root canals x-rays
