To provide support for the activities of the Safer foundation, a tax exempt organization which provides opportunities to individuals with arrest and conviction records to become productive citizens. Support includes providing facilities used by Safer foundation under rental agreements, invest in and provide housing units for affordable housing to support Safer foundation's communities and clients, and grants for Safer programs.
