Health Justice recovery alliance: fiscally sponsored by Safety and Justice Oregon, the health Justice recovery alliance is the statewide coalition working to ensure that Oregon's drug addiction treatment and recovery act is effectively implemented and centered on the needs of communities most harmed by the war on drugs: black, latinx, native and tribal communities.
