Vocare formerly known as Sage quest empowers Christian leaders, teams, and organizations to grow into the fullness and maturity of Christ through life-changing and transformational experiences. They engage in the training and development of Christian leaders while equipping them to bring family business advising, leadership selection and alignment, family conflict facilitation, next generation leadership development, leadership team coaching, executive coaching, founder generation coaching, separation of long-term employees, and business leadership development to fruition.

Program areas at Vocare

Forum2 with 8 men, and Forum3 with 7 men were formed in January 2023. There are now three Forums in Vocar with 23 members and their households, total.Monthly zoom cohort meetings were held for all three Forums, with content for discussion. Total 36 zoom meetings.Monthly coaching for various clients throughout the year, approximately 40 sessions for 2023.Donations totaling $185,000 from 18 patrons were received for program expenses, Forum scholarships, and Library filming and production costs.January - an Intensive with Dr. Dennis Ondrejka and his wife with an affective learning training session for later in the year under discussion.February - the first Forum2 retreat on Relationship with Self was held.March - a Guild (young mentees) retreat was held. The Guild initiative was ended; an Affective Learning training retreat was held with the Guild and the members of Forum1 in attendance with Dr. Dennis Ondrejka.April - the first Forum3 retreat on Self was held.May - a week of filming the Library - the teaching of our crucial leadership skills and concepts, 20 episodes were filmed over the course of a week. Production is ongoing.June - a week of member Intensives were held in Denver.July - a week of coaching and counseling for three member couples of Forum1 in Jackson Hole, WY August - Dru Dodson's book Your Sacred Work - A Call to Spiritual Entrepreneurship was published,written for our Vocar members.September - the second Forum2 retreat on Relationship with Others; followed by Intensives for one week in Austin.October - Intensives for one week in Denver; event in Austin, TX with Scottish executive coach Jim McNeish for Forum members and at-large business people from Austin, total of 100+ in attendance.November - the annual Forum1 alumni retreat in Alpine, TX; then an Introductory Retreat to recruit a new Forum was held in Austin.December - Forum3s Others Retreat was held; followed by a week of Intensives in Austin, TX; consult for Water4 nonprofit in Oklahoma City.
