Program areas at Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce Charitable Foundation
General programs: support of events, meetings, and publications that provide the advancement of civic, social, commercial, and economic interests of the city of Saint Paul and surrounding east metro Area.
Leadership st. Paul (lsp): lsp is the Chamber's flagship adult learning program centered on community leadership that prepares, challenges, and engages emerging and existing leaders to strengthen the Saint paul/east metro region. The class has a monthly program day and community projects to complete in groups. In 2022, the Foundation graduated 44 individuals who completed three projects for one nonprofit organization.
The dei collaborative transforms employer organizations to be more diverse, equitable, and inclusive by facilitating deep learning with senior leaders. We support executives in deepening their personal commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and leveraging that commitment to lead meaningful change. The program features professionally-facilitated, cross-sector cohorts with each cohort being limited to 15 executive-level leaders and it includes individual coaching and support with ongoing support beyond the cohort experience.
We love Saint Paul fund: provide direct support, through emergency relief funds, to small businesses and nonprofits impacted by unrest.
Right track program: the Chamber promotes and recruits members to participate in the city of Saint Paul's right track program which is run by the Foundation. The right track program targets students in the Saint Paul public school system with summer internships at participating businesses.
