- To create and develop The Neighborhood Village, a 53 permanent supportive housing unit neighborhood with wrap-around on-site services for our neighbors who have experienced chronic homelessness. - To outreach to our neighbors experiencing homelessness providing dignified access to food, palliative relief items, and services to individuals with little to no income residing on our streets with little to no access to essential services or items. - To provide housing navigation, and case management to our neighbors experiencing homelessness. - To develop a workforce/social enterprise program for our neighbors to gain training and access to dignified work opportunities. - To inform and educate our community about our neighbors experiencing homelessness to increase awareness and support for the work of our organization.
