During this fiscal year, sfchc provided 7,700 mental Health visits to members of the Community. Sfchc offers numerous Health and wellness education resources, including on-site and virtual cooking classes, sexual Health information, nutrition consultation, and remote patient monitoring for chronic Health conditions.
