San Francisco Early Learning Alliance

The San Francisco Early Learning Alliance provides services to 12 childcare agencies operating 16 sites spread across the city of San Francisco. Collectively the sites serve 668 children representing the racial and economic diversity of the area. Approximately 70% of the enrollment of our participating agencies is considered low income and receives funding from the State of California, City of San Francisco as well as some private scholarships. The Alliance collaborates with other shared service organizations across the country to share information regarding best practices, failures, and lessons learned in hopes of improving efficiencies in the sector overall.
