San Joaquin Junior Show and Auction Council promotes the future of youth exhibitors in San Joaquin County through an annual junior show and auction. Program areas at San Joaquin Junior Show and Auction Council

The organization manages and produces the annual agfest Junior Auction and Show, a 150 year tradition of San Joaquin county. The event is run by volunteers and successfully assisted approximately 803 young individuals exhibit and Auction off their projects.
The organization provided a venue for 4h, ffa, and independent competitors to exhibit their livestock and vocation projects. Approximately 985 individuals competed for awards in 24 categories.
The San Joaquin Junior livestock Show and Auction Council (sjjsac) is proud to facilitate community-supported scholarships for our youth in San Joaquin county. These scholarships are available to those students who meet the eligibility requirements to Show at agfest (4-h, ffa, or registered independent), have completed an agriculture education scholarship application, and have entered and exhibited an agricultural project(s) for the current year of agfest. Once these three criteria are met, donors can then submit scholarships in the applicant's name and agfest will issue the total amount of donated funds in a check to the applicant. During 2023, 231 scholarships were awarded.
Farm to fork scholarships are awarded to current year agfest participants who are graduating high school in 2023 or a previous applicant from the class of 2022 who will be continuing on or are currently attending an accredited Junior college, four-year university, vocational school, or other accedited program. 16 scholarships were awarded in 2023.
