The Hopewell Fund’s (on behalf of Voter's Choice California) purpose is to reach, engage and educate San Mateo County low wage workers, youth from disadvantaged communities, and 1st generation Americans to inform them about San Mateo County'snew voting process under California Voter's Choice Act, support them in engaging around the location of voting centers and development voter materials, and increase turnout of these target populations in San Mateo County's lowest income communities
