Make residents aware of scholarship opportunities to get full ride and a place to stay on campus coming soon regardless of your low to moderate family income families . This also applies to foster kids who have no where to go when they become 18 years. Coppin state university. Informing retired state workers of md coppin state university is offering free scholarship. To obtain masters degree etc.. no charge
