Litigation: raising nuisance claims in class action for odors from a commercial cannabis cultivation facility, leading to development and testing of advanced odor control technologies that are intended to permanently abate the nuisance.
Advocacy: Interaction with County staff and elected officials to promote updating of failed County cannabis ordinance.
Public Awareness: Dissemination of information to assist residents and businesses negatively impacted by cannabis cultivation primarily with respect to odor.
