Program areas at Santa Monica Windjammers Yacht Club
The Club provided a juniors sailing program for after school, weekends, school breaks and summer camp. The Club has had great success with this program and has made it available to kids that come from the general community, from disadvantaged families and from non-sailing families.
The Club met its objective to provide a small boat fleet to its members. Members were taught how to sail and had the use of Club's boats to further enjoy their experience at an affordable price.
The Club met its objective to provide memberships for local sailors, provide a social setting, and a community for the local youth. The Club hosts many events for its members and non members.
