Through innovations in programming and with the help of our local partners, we have helped to reduce the number of Children dying before age 5 by over half since 1990. We ensure Children are ready to succeed in school so they can succeed in life then we support them through their school years so they can build their knowledge and confidence to make the most of their potential. Child poverty: as a pioneer in emergency cash and voucher assistance, Save the Children is the leading organization saving lives and restoring livelihoods through this crucial practice. We're also expanding opportunities for vulnerable youth and helping communities adapt to the humanitarian and economic impacts of the climate crisis. Together with partners at the local, national, and international levels, we're working alongside Children and families to fight inequality and break the cycle of poverty.
