Save the Wasatch Bench

Advocate for the preservation of open space and to oppose incongruent land development on the East Bench of Sandy, Utah and throughout the Wasatch Front by serving as a social welfare organization, providing educational rescources to the public, communicating with elected officials, and participating in lobbying and other public activities, including referenda and other ballot measures. Engage in any and all lawful activities and pursuits, and to support or assist such other organizations, as may be resonably related or incidental to, in furtherance of, or connected with the foregoing and following purposes Engage in any and all other lawful purposes, activities, and pursuits, which are substantially similar to the foregoing and which are or may hereafter be authorized by section 501c4 of the IRC of 1986, as it may be amended from time to time, and are consistent with the Utah Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act And to solicit and receive contributions, purchase, own and sell real and personal property, make contracts, invest corporate funds, and spend corporat funds.
