Program areas at Savio House
Eliminate destructive behaviors in families through prevention and early intervention. Provide education, counseling, vocational, recreational and in home services to families and children, improving quality of life. Savio family wellness division served 602 families, including 367 adults and 616 children in adams, arapahoe, broomfield, denver, elbert, el paso, freemont, jefferson, pueblo, teller, and weld counties in Colorado. In addition, 38, 60 and 93 families were served through Savio's child first, safecare core and safecare prevention programs, respectively.
The child placement agency served 63 clients in foster homes and discharged 35.
The Savio House community based services adolescent unit served 377 clients through its multisystemic therapy (mst) program. There were 101 adolescent clients served for sexual behavior and 195 clients served through functional family therapy in the adolescent unit. Trauma services treated 145 adolescent clients.
Providing the service of administering grants on behalf of recipient agencies. Savio earns an administration fee for the services.
