Organized panels, webinars, and reading groups to facilitate spaces for conversation and educate the public on the human rights issues and injustices created by US-led policies and strategies in the Americas. This included hosting the Dismantling Borders Book Club with several authors speaking to the war on terror, global migration and racist nationalism, and border patrol and immigrant rights as well as Webinars on water and land defenders in Honduras, and peace and elections in Colombia. Organized in collaboration with many partners a Border Convening with educational panels, vigils, nonviolent mobilization, music and art to honor the 2012 murder of Jos Antonio Elena Rodriguez and to support the ongoing fight for justice.
