Watershed awareness and water quality outreach via events, distribution, and social media to raise public awareness about watershed issues important to sustaining quality of life in Southwest Florida. Reaching 14,000 directly at events and 678,500 with kiosks, mailers, web and social media.
The Science and environment Council produced he ecosummit+expo december 2-6, 2023 in sarasota, florida-the latest Environmental event of its kind ever produced on the suncoast. Events included a film screening, 2-day green living tradeshow, 2-day summit, and an evening performance of lorida stories. More than 2,000 registered attendees from 196 organizations and businesses at 3 main events with 54 speakers, 30 organizing partners, and 54 sponsoring partners.
Green living toolkit, a digital web resource for residents of sarasota and manatee counties to find detailed imformation and tools to live more sustainably. The toolkit has been visited 40,000 times and seen on google ads over 213,000 times.
