650 girls participated in afterschool STEM programs during the 2022 - 2023 school year 27-week afterschool STEM programs offered at 22 schools7 Family STEAM Events: 4 virtual and 3 in-person serving over 700 individual families and 1000+ participants9 Summer "Space Science" Camps serving an estimated 500 girls and boys2 Female STEM professionals volunteered over 600 hours as in-person teaching assistants over 27 weeks34 Female STEM professionals participated in our Role Model program, visiting 1-2 schools each during each of 3 curriculum sessions (2 classes at each school) = 136 volunteer hours7 STEM high school students and SAfG graduates volunteered over 288 total hours as in-person assistants in SAfGs Fall, Winter and Spring sessions11 Teaching Assistants from Cal State East Bay and UC Berkeley assisted in SAfG Afterschool, Spring Break, Summer and Library programs.
