Program areas at Scottsdale Community Partners

Scp collaborated with the city of Scottsdale human services division to provide 3,615 food boxes, and 37 families with rent/mortgage assistance. Additionally, 918 susd students were supported by our back to school program, 6,444 healthy packs were distributed, and 224 families participated in our adopt a family program.
Granite reef and via linda senior centers provide emergency assistance for food, rent/utilities assistance, gas vouchers, prescriptions, and other emergency services. 223 seniors and disabled adults were assisted weekly through the brown bag program. Additionally, 108 were served through the beat the heat program.
