The team provides a structured year-round competitive swimming experience for all levels, tailoring its training program into eight groups suitable for everyone, from beginners to national competitors. Seahawk swimmers learn the values of hard work, commitment, and perseverance, aiming for success in both swimming and life. The coaching staff develops proper stroke techniques, skills, endurance, and strength to help each swimmer reach their full potential.
