Program areas at Search Day Program
Search Day school and extended school year Program accepts students with autism, ages 3-21, for the purpose of educating them in formal academics, basic life skills, vocational, behavioral, and communication skills. The school Program is in operation year round and currently serves 79 students with autism.
Search Day meadows group home, ages 21+, currently house 7 male adult clients with autism, providing trained professionals in a house setting. The group home is staffed 24/7 with division of developmental disabilities trained staff.
Search Day Program adult activities center, ages 21+, is a specialized Program for adults with autism which provides training in life skills and job skills. The adult activity center is operational year round and provides services for 21 clients. The center is open 5 days a week, monday through friday, for 7 hours a Day.
