Program areas at Second Chance Bird Rescue and Rehab

To care for domestic birds that need rescue and rehab with the goal of private party adoption In 2014 we took in ___26__birds, placed _____19_ in homes, and saved __19__birds in dire need of medical attention. The arrangement with PETCO went well. However, we have moved the the Rescue from a crowed neighbor hood to a location in a more rural area. This has greatly reduced the number neighbor complaints. We did have the expense of relocating the Bird Room and installation of new housing for the birds.
