Second Chance Center (SCC) is dedicated to facilitating the successful transition of formerly incarcerated individuals into lives of fulfillment and achievement. SCC ensures access to essential resources such as food, clothing, behavioral health support, and transportation, reinforcing our commitment to holistic support.Providence at the Heights, our Permanent Supportive Housing project, stands as a testament to our commitment to providing stability for those previously experiencing homelessness or justice involvement.
