Education - to inform the general public, opinion leaders and key decision makers about the nation's economic and national security risk as it relates to its dependence on oil through reports, technical reviews, relevant research and strategic events.
The coalition for reimagined mobility is a global initiative advancing outcomes to shape transportation systems that support competitiveness and resilience. Remo convenes private and public sector stakeholders, conducts research, and develops policy for the u.s. and europe to accelerate the deployment and scaling of transportation technologies that advance efficient, sustainable, safe, and secure ways to move people and goods.
The center for critical minerals strategy aims to secure all aspects of the critical minerals supply chain to help ensure the national and economic security of the united states and our allies as we transition to a minerals-based economy. Ccms is the sole ngo partner for private sector engagement to the u.s. state department's mineral security partnership. The center is also home to the sub-committee on opportunities and risks in the critical mineral sector (scor) project with five leading mining investment firms.safe's center for strategic industrial materials is dedicated to advancing resilient and secure supply chains for the industrial materials critical to America's national and economic security. The center collaborates with producers, buyers, government, and ngos to achieve tangible policy outcomes that enhance domestic industry supply chain reliability in a global market. Safe's center for grid security provides policy analysis and recommendations to address challenges facing the nation's electrical infrastructure from a national security perspective. Gsp leverages the perspectives of business and former military leaders to support expanded access to reliable and affordable electric power for economic growth, transportation electrification and reindustrialization.
The european initiative for Energy security (eies) advocates for secure pan-european and national Energy policies and is dedicated to fostering collaboration between government and industry leaders. Eies seeks to address critical Energy challenges and champion comprehensive solutions for the benefit of europe's Energy security, transition, and industrial competitiveness. Eies works with the Energy security leadership council- europe (eslceurope), composed of military, political, and business figures, to achieve these goals. While launched through safe, eies maintains independence in its research and policy positions.
