A sanford homeowner needed Assistance with window replacement. Her windows were damaged in hurricane ian. This has led to other issues inside the home such as pests/possibly mold. Seminole heart was able to assist by securing a licensed and insured contractor to complete the project and replace her windows. Grant funds were received in support of this service. One half of the project was completed in 2023 at a cost of $3,251.00. Revenue received for performing this service was $3,251.00.
A homeowner was unable to fix their roof. Seminole heart determined the need, and secured a licensed and ensured roofer to complete the project. Cost: $12,181. Grant funds were received in support of this service. Revenue received for performing this service was $12,181.
All other program services. Also, Seminole heart will continue with the american red cross capacity building and project camp grant, as well as the volunteer Florida recovery and mitigation grants.
